Regretfully the welder secured by building engineer Wayne Hall who was scheduled to repair the damaged piping in the circulation system of the pool last Saturday was unable to meet his commitment.  

Mr. Hall has located another welder; however, he will not be available until early the week of August 5th.

In the meantime the Property Manager is pursuing other avenues for alternate sources of technicians. 

The first available contractor will utilized!
