Condominium TO: Residents of The Lauren As part of normal maintenance the locks that service the front door and the stairwell doors will be changed later this week. You are reminded that the same key works on both the front door and the stairwell doors. This change will take place this upcoming Friday and Saturday (June 22nd and June 23rd). We strongly urge that you use the elevators while the locks are being changed. Your current key will not work on any new locks. On Saturday evening you may stop by the front desk and exchange your old, now obsolete, key for a new one. The desk will trade up to two (2) keys per unit. Additional new keys may be purchased at a cost of five dollars ($5.00) each. If you need additional keys please generate a check for the appropriate amount and leave at the front desk. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this process may cause and thank you for your understanding. |
