| TO: All Residents of The Lauren FROM: Walter Krolman, Property Manager RE: Bicycle Room Cleanup DATE: February 22, 2001 The Lauren has conducted a cleanup/cleanout of the bicycle storage room (located on the parking garage level) as had been previously announced. Bikes that were not identified with owner's name and apartment number have been removed from the storage room. If you own a bicycle, and it was kept in the storage room, please take a few moments to check and make sure it is still there. If your bike is missing please contact me immediately. All bicycles that were removed are currently being stored in another area of the building. Bikes that are still unclaimed by April 1, 2001 will be disposed of in a manner approved by the Board of Directors. Thank You! |
