LOBBY Renovation
The FINAL Phase

Commences
Monday October 9, 2000

Final Phase is scheduled to last between October 9, 2000 - October 19, 2000.

Final phase will involve the installation of marble flooring on the lobby floor in the lower lobby and in the vicinity of the mailboxes.

*** IMPORTANT ***

For approximately 48 hours (most likely Wednesday and Thursday October 11th and 12th) the entry/exit process of the Lauren will most likely be altered. The main entrance on 20th Street will probably be CLOSED. If this transpires you will be asked to enter and exit the body of the Lauren via the N Street entrance. Desk personnel will be on duty in the stairwell to direct traffic to the elevators through either the first floor or garage level. You may continue to access the front desk for picking 
up of mail a nd packages through the front desk door (not the sliding glass windows)

***ALSO IMPORTANT***

After the lower lobby is completed the retiling of the mailbox area will be undertaken. Alternate arrangements are being made to continue delivery of mail during the approximately 48 hours this area will be closed. It is also likely that the hallway leading to units 106 through 117 will be closed for a similar period, with again alternate access being available.
