Please be advised that the Property Manager (Walter) will be on vacation leave from August 10-August 16 inclusive.

With that in mind you are requested to defer any non-emergency requests for administrative or other non-maintenance association services or inquiries until his return. Messages that are submitted during this time will be processed upon his return.

Malfunctions affecting common areas during this period should be brought to the attention of Lauren maintenance (Cacho).

In the unlikely event of an urgent administrative matter please contact Elizabeth VanderPutten, President of the Lauren's Board of Directors or Waldemar Wajszczuk, Vice President of the Lauren's Board of Directors.
