In order to evaluate the mechanical configuration, and resulting efficacy, of The Lauren's central cooling and heating system the Board of Directors has authorized the undertaking of sample testing of selected units. The Lauren's engineer, Wayne Hall of Environmental Systems, has developed a format which will allow the system to be assessed with minimal impact on residents. Specifically, the closed loop water temperatures of the lowest (1st) floor of all tiers (1 through 17) will be taken and recorded. This test will require that the grill of your convector be removed, a reading taken, and the grill replaced. The entire process should take about 20/25 minutes per unit. It will be performed by Lauren maintenance (Cacho), with assistance as necessary from other Lauren staff.

This testing will take place tomorrow

Tuesday, August 8, 2000.

Testing will start no earlier than 10:00AM.
