Letter from the Lauren President

Dear Fellow Resident,

As the 4th of July holiday approaches I would like to send a very important safety reminder to you.

The Lauren's roof garden experiences its heaviest annual usage on this holiday and adjacent weekend. Given the predicted hot weather sunbathers and swimmers will be out in force. Likewise, a large crowd of residents and guests will gather at dusk to take advantage of the Lauren's premium location to view the fireworks on the Mall.

While this is certainly one of the highlights of the year it is also an event that requires that every individual follow a few rules and regulations for the safety and enjoyment of all concerned. Please:

 

STAY AWAY FROM (AND DON'T LEAN ON) THE RAILING

DO NOT CLIMB ON TOP OF THE PLANTERS TO GET A BETTER VIEW


DO NOT BRING ANY GLASS CONTAINERS ONTO THE ROOF


ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED ON THE ROOF

 


The Board of Directors considers this an important and serious enough matter that you are asked to acknowledge receipt of this letter at the time you pick it up from the front desk.
