Enclosed please find a copy of a recent Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC) decision. Its content deals with residential/commercial usage in The Lauren. The response of the Lauren's Board of Directors to the ANC and to the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) is also attached.
The next meeting of the ANC is Wednesday April 12, 2000. ANC meetings are held at St. Thomas Church (1772 Church St., NW) and are called to order at 7:3O PM. The BZA will meet May 27, 2000.
