Protests ANC Decision
On February 8, 2000, the Dupont Circle Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC 2B) passed a policy that would award the rights to use Lauren units for commercial purposes exclusively to owners of units on the 1st and 2nd floors. This policy would deny the same rights to owners of units on floors 3 through 10.
The ANC decision was made without consulting the Lauren Board.
