Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a public hearing in Suite 220, 441 4h Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., 20001 on Wednesday, March 1, 2000. Your attention is invited to the following application:

Application of Lynne M. Hornyak and Michael Petite/Lauren Condominium, pursuant to I I DCMR 3104. 1, for a special exception under Section 508 to use premises for office use, respectively units 104 and 117 in an SP-2 District at premises 13 01 20th Street, N.W. (Square 115, Lot 83).

At the public hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to express their views. However, you may submit written views about this case.
