Suggested Board Meeting Rules 1. Only Directors, Officers, Management Representatives, and Committee Chairs with business before the Board will be allowed to participate in the discussion. Only Directors may vote. 2. Those wishing to speak should address the chair and wait to be recognized. All comments should be directed to the chair. 3. No one may speak longer than two minutes. 4. No one may speak twice until all who wish to be heard have spoken. 5. Debate must be germane to the merits of the issue; personal references will be ruled out of order.
