The HVAC system controls are malfunctioning. Temporarily, Cacho is manually running the boilers (two hours on, one hour off), until the controls are restored. He is trying to get in touch with the boiler company technician. Expect wide heating variations until the automatic controls are restored.The 1004 HVAC temperature is 96.1º and dropping.

Maintenance Chief Cacho Salinas reports the small boiler is working. He says the boiler company repair crew is expected this afternoon to fix the weather controls on the big boiler.

Building heating is off due to mechanical problems. We expect our service company will be here first thing in the morning, and that heating will be restored tomorrow.
