Security in our building is the responsibility of all owners and residents. A few common sense rules will help protect us all:

Do not allow someone to follow you into the building. It may seem rude to close the door on someone, but it is essential to protect us all. Garage users should exercise similar precautions.

Please do not prop open the basement and side doors. Close these doors if you find them open.

Report any suspicious activities or persons to the front desk.

Call 911 if you think there is an emergency or crime taking place.
