1.Via Mail. Non Residents have received a stamped, self addressed envelope. Resident should return directly to front desk, to my attention.  

2.Via Fax. Fax to 202.466.8987. No cover letter is needed. This phone number shares an internet line so early morning or late evening/night is best.

3.E-Mail. Put requested information in an e-mail and send to thelauren@juno.com. A “WORD” attachment to the same e-mail address would also work.  Thanking you in advance for your cooperation and assistance!
