4. Other forms that you should be aware of: A. Pool Use Agreement. All residents are asked to complete this form and return it to the front desk. If you do not have one on file please advise management and one will be provided. B. Pool Guest Agreement. Your guests are welcome to use the pool/roof deck if this form is completed. Only 1 form per person per season is required. Blank copies will be available at the front desk, and at a to be erected in/out box by the entrance to the pool. Completed forms should be returned to the front desk. C. Pool and Deck Party Use Agreement. If you plan on hosting a party or other function involving 6 or more individuals this form which is obtainable from the Property Manager must be completed, submitted and approved at least one week in advance of the scheduled event. Management will secure details of the event and will advise of specific requirements of the association. Cost for this non-exclusive use of the area is $75.00
