Please be aware of the following as they relate to the 2008 pool season at The Lauren.

1. The pool has been filled and is open for business!

2. The pool season is scheduled to be from June 1st - October 1st.

3. Attached please find the following form:

A. Pool Rules. Please read and abide by them. Rules are subject to revision by the association's Board of
Directors. Please especially note:

• Pool Hours. Pool is open from 6:00AM to 1:00AM 7 days a   week.
• Glass containers are prohibited.
• Alcohol is prohibited.
• Age requirements. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 3 are not allowed in the pool.

4. Other forms that you should be aware of:

A. Pool Use Agreement. All residents are asked to complete this form and return it to the front desk. If you do not have one on file please advise management and one will be provided.

B. Pool Guest Agreement. Your guests are welcome to use the pool/roof deck if this form is completed. Only 1 form per person per season is required. Blank copies will be available at the front desk, and at a to be erected in/out box by the entrance to the pool. Completed forms should be returned to the front desk.

C. Pool and Deck Party Use Agreement. If you plan on hosting a party or other function involving 6 or more individuals this form which is obtainable from the Property Manager must be completed, submitted and approved at least one week in advance of the scheduled event. Management will secure details of the event and will advise of specific requirements of the association. 

Cost for this non-exclusive use of the area is $75.00 (non-
refundable) and an additional $75.00 deposit which is refundable absent Rule violations and/or repairs/extraordinary cleaning during/after the function. The Association has additional requirements if you are desirous of serving alcohol at your function. Please contact the Property Manager at least three weeks
prior to your proposed event to secure necessary forms.

5. Keys. A security key is necessary for admission to this area. Keys will only be issued to residents of the Lauren who
have a Pool Use Agreement on file. Cost of the key is:

• $ 15.00 - owners a purchase and non-refundable
• $ 50.00 - tenants a security deposit-refundable
