A CONDOMINIUM Dear Owner: Just a gentle reminder... May 11, 2001 The 2001 Annual Meeting of the Unit Owners Association will be held this upcoming Tuesday, May 15, 2001. The meeting will be held at the Washington Marriott Hotel (1221 22nd St., N.W.) and will start at 7:00PM. If you will not be able to attend the 2001 Annual Meeting please be sure to submit a proxy* in advance of May 15, 2001. A copy is online for your use. While we sincerely hope you will be able to be with us in-person, please at the very least let us have your support to discuss and vote on the on-going business of the Association. If you have already submitted a proxy we are greatly appreciative. If you are going to avail yourself of the proxy procedure you are requested to print a copy now and properly complete the entire form (including witness signature, address, and date of completion) to assure you are in compliance with District of Columbia legislation, and thus make your proxy valid. Please return all proxies either to the front desk, or to the person designated as your proxy, before 5:OOPM on Wednesday May 15th.
